Hi all, I'm new to this forum, and I came here seeking info and advice on my new Dry Direct port 2 stage setup.
I have a fully built Audi A4 with a bored and stroked 1.8t 20v motor
the Tial Garrett GT3076r and stock cams made 442.2 AWHP on Tuesday, without nitrous, and this was at 40psi boost on 93 octane pump gas with NO knock. I only use a 550cc nozzle spraying a 50/50 methanol h20 mix for increasing timing...
The nitrous system I am trying to design is nearly complete, but I am lacking some very important figures and don't really know how to calculate them!
Nitrous will be controlled by the AEM EMS (I run the first and only known 30-1900U on an Audi

Twin Fire CDI ignition, AEM water/meth, AEM thermocouple amplifier and a shit-ton of AEM sensors...
so instead of the AEM triggering a relay which opens noids, it will trigger a Nitrous Express Boost Reerence 2 stage progressive controller...
Forstage 1, I want a 40-60 shot to spool the turbo, this will besprayed through the direct port nozzles' fuel side (remember, the AEM and it's staged injectors will provide fueling) a bigger nitrous noid handles the NITROUS side of the DP nozzles (4- one in each intake runner)
and this is stage 2 which is going to be 140-200 shot.
OK I hit wel beyond 80% duty on my primaries, and with NO nitrous. so I intend to add staged injection.
I'd like to add 2 Moran Motorsport PowertipV injectors in the charge pipe before the Throttlebody. the AEM has comprehensive staged injectionsettings, so I am confident Icanfully control them, question is, how much more flow do I need?
will 2 150-235lbs injectors on top of my 4 72lbs primary injectors be capable?
and how do I even begin to calculate nitrous fueling for such a radical setup?
