Well went out and played around a bit with the new setup up. Made some solo passes and the nitrous seemed like it was cutting on and off during the pass. Made another and it seemed ok. Yea go figure.
So I lined up with a bolt on 2000 Camaro that I lossed to last year. Lol I still lossed but only by a half a car this time. He got a fender on me at the last min it was funny looking at each other the ride down.
Then I lined up against a Malibu with a LT1 swaped into it. Four door Malibu at that. Car sat for a while got up there and good god for a small shot this time that mofo kicked in hard I really felt it come in at 3 grand. Put about 3 or 4 cars on him. Guy wanted to do it again right after the first race said fuck it and did it still got him by 2 cars.
Now I have some stuff to fix on the kit and I can really enjoy it.

Yea i cant wait I really cant wait. I still cant figure out why it would hit harder on one race and not the next.

Your bottle psi was probably higher the second run. If your nitrous is still cutting on and off intermittently, it may be your window switch acting up, bad ground, and/or your plugs are gapped too big.

Plugs are gapped right it was the window switch. When the car was on the dyno I could see, and hear the nitrous going in and out. When we checked the window switch rpm on the nitrous pull after 3000rpm the rpm jumped all over the place it was reading 9k and 7k so we had to move the tach signal wire to the injector instead of the coil now it's working fine. Which means that bot the races were not full nitrous runs. Car might have sprayed for a couple of seconds and that was about it.

kick ass man i remember my first few spray passes i had issues but once the bugs got worked out it was nothing but fun...... and lots of trips to get the bottle filled
