Default problem with wet plate

I've got the nitro daves 90mm plate for a ls application. It's on an 01 fbody so its cable driven, fast 90 and holley 90 tb. Problem is not enough slack for the throttle cable. Ive tried adjusting on the cable and already have the piece to move the bracket forward. It seems like there's enough cable since it will let me rotate it closed, but after you blip the throttle it goes back to a semi open position ( idiling around 2k or so, lol)

The plate systems and plate conversions from us should have a throttle extension bracket that comes with it. If you bought the plate used the person didn't give you the extension bracket.

Already have the extension bracket, just a little tab of metal right? I'm thinking at least some of the problem is with this damn holley tb, but I know I've got more cable
