Greg Schmidt

Congratulations! Ride Of The Week goes to Greg Schmidt with Paradigm Automotive and their big tire 89 Camaro "Bad Influence". The car was purchased in 2012 to be used as a Super Gas NHRA Car. After a year of playing with bracket racing and index racing they realized their hearts were in heads up racing where they started. In 2014 they switched to heads up racing running a 452ci and our original Stinger plate. They spent that time learning the car, playing with the nitrous tuning, and chassis setup. In 2015 brought the current setup which is a 632ci with one of our custom plumbed direct ports. Right off the trailer at their home track they took the win at the event. This car is a family effort with Greg’s dad and best friend by his side making all his goals come reality. In 2016, He took 1st place at the 29th Annual GSTA Muscle Car Shootout at Brainerd Raceway, 1st place @Midway Shootout, and Outlaw Champion – BIR Muscle Car Shootout. 2017 season is going to be the best year yet, making more changes and hoping to sweep the no prep events.
