Nitrous Outlet Stinger Plate System

Nitrous Outlet Stinger Plate System

Nitrous Outlet is proud to introduce the all new Stinger plate system for 4150 and 4500 flange carbureted style intake manifolds. The Stinger plate has a unique cone shaped “stinger” that protrudes from the bottom portion of the plate into the center of the intake throat. The Stinger has 15 discharge ports for nitrous and 15 discharge ports for fuel that allow the plate to flow up to 700 horsepower of fuel and nitrous. The 15 atomized plumes of nitrous and fuel exit from the center of the stinger into the intake plenum in a 360 degree pattern completely saturating the air intake charge as it enters the intake plenum. The Stinger plate is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum, has a black anodized body, red anodized stinger and is CNC engraved.

Stinger Plate System Packages
The Stinger Plate System is available in several configurations for both 4150 and 4500 intake manifolds. Basic systems use stainless steel braided hoses and universal solenoid brackets, optional upgrades include center or offset solenoid brackets with hard-lines. Additionally, each configuration is available in a "Race" package which features a huge 700+ HP capable .178 orifice nitrous solenoid and a .310 fuel solenoid along with jetting for 50-600HP. The basic system includes 50-400HP jetting and 400 HP solenoids. Click here to view all of the Stinger system configurations.

Stinger Plate Conversions
If you already have a system but are looking to upgrade your plate or add a second stage the Stinger plate is available by itself or in a conversion package that includes a gasket and jetting for 50-100-150-200-250-300-350-400-500 horsepower.
